Warranty period:


• Warranty for electrical appliances is two years from the date of issuance of the invoice.

• The warranty period for our desalination devices is two years, including electrical parts.


Warranty Policy:


General Terms and Conditions

  • Warranty means repairing the product and replacement is only for products that cannot be repaired.
  • The warranty covers any defect or malfunction in the product resulting from a manufacturing defect only.
  • The product must be within the warranty period and in accordance with the original sales invoice.
  • The warranty does not cover consumables in the product that need to be replaced periodically.
  • Tampering with the product, disassembling it or using non-original spare parts voids the warranty.
  • Installation, operation and periodic maintenance must be carried out in accordance with the recommendations in the user manual.
  • If the product malfunctions, you must stop using it immediately and contact Nafoura. The warranty does not cover any additional damage due to delay in repairing the product.
  • Powering by generators may damage some electrical parts of the product and void the warranty.
