Delivery and installation policy
Estimated delivery time
We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days, Saturday to Thursday 10am – 6pm. Delivery within Saudi Arabia usually takes 3-5 days once your order has been processed. Delivery will not be made on Fridays or public holidays. Healthy Air is not responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control whether they are related to shipping companies, customs procedures or other parties.
· Delivery prices and destinations
Shipping of the item depends on the weight and/or size of your order, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the delivery cost will be, and you will have the opportunity to change your order if you wish. Delivery is available to all cities in Saudi Arabia.
· Track order
The shipment tracking number will be provided as soon as it is available from the shipping company, and we will update your order with tracking information.
· Payment upon receipt
We offer this option in Riyadh only by healthy air driver . At least one mobile number must be provided so that the driver can arrange a convenient time for delivery. Please be available at the agreed time and have the correct amount ready for the driver. If payment is not available, the order will not be released and additional charges may apply for redelivery of the order.

Customers can choose between methods. However, the choice of method may be conditional on the place of delivery and the types of products purchased.
· Damaged goods
If you do not receive your order or it has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
