Warranty period

  • All electrical appliances are covered by a two-year warranty from the date of issuance of the purchase invoice.
  • The warranty begins from the purchase date shown on the invoice.

What does the warranty cover?

Conditions for benefiting from the guarantee

Cancel Warranty

The guarantee is considered void in the following cases:

  • Making unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Using non-original spare parts.
  • Improper installation or operation contrary to company instructions.
  • Remove or change the product's serial number, if any.

Reporting faults

In case of any malfunction or technical problem:

  2. Disconnect the power supply if necessary.
