Shipping, Delivery and Installation Policy – Healthy Air

At Healthy Air, we are committed to providing a convenient and safe purchasing experience for our customers through shipping, delivery and installation services according to the highest quality standards, with coverage of all regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


First: Preparing the orders

  • Orders are prepared and processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Official working days are from Saturday to Thursday , from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM .
  • Orders received outside of working hours or during public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Second: Delivery time

  • Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 business days after the order is processed.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on the city, region, or the shipping company's operating conditions.
  • Delivery is not made on Fridays or public holidays.
  • Healthy Air is not responsible for any delays beyond its control, including delays caused by shipping companies, weather conditions, or any other operational circumstances.

Third: Delivery areas

Healthy Air store provides delivery service to all cities and regions of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Fourth: Shipping fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the type and size of the product and the delivery location.
  • Shipping fees are clearly displayed before the purchase is completed.
  • Some products or offers may include free shipping as described on the product page.

Fifth: Connection and installation options

Delivery via shipping companies

  • Available in all cities of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • The order is shipped via approved shipping companies.
  • The customer receives a tracking number to monitor the shipment status.

Delivery and installation by the Healthy Air team

Available inside:

  • Riyadh
  • grandmother
  • Mecca
  • Eastern Province
  • AL Madinah AL Munawwarah

The customer will be contacted within 1 to 2 business days to schedule a suitable time for delivery and installation.

Note: Installation possibilities may vary depending on the product type and customer location.


Sixth: Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available within:

  • Riyadh
  • grandmother
  • Mecca
  • Eastern Province
  • AL Madinah AL Munawwarah

Through the Healthy Air delivery team.

It is required that:

  • Provide a valid and available mobile number for communication.
  • Being present at the delivery location at the scheduled time.
  • The full order value is provided upon receipt.

If delivery is not possible due to the customer's lack of response or the unavailability of the order value, the store has the right to charge a redelivery fee when rescheduling the order.


Seventh: Tracking Orders

After the order has been shipped, the following will be sent:

  • Shipment tracking number.
  • Shipping company details.
  • Shipment status updates via text message or email when available.

The customer can also track the shipment directly through the shipping company or contact customer service.


Eighth: Products damaged or lost during shipping

Healthy Air store takes care to inspect and carefully package all products before handing them over to the shipping company to ensure they leave in good condition.

Once the shipping company receives the order, responsibility for transportation and delivery transfers to them. If the product is damaged or lost during transit or delivery, the shipping company is liable according to its established policies and procedures .

The customer is requested to inspect the shipment upon receipt. If there is visible damage or a shortage of contents, the shipping company must be notified immediately, and the Healthy Air store must be informed within 48 hours of the date of receipt, with clear photos showing the condition of the shipment and product.

Healthy Air will work with the customer and follow up on the claim with the shipping company to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The customer's receipt of the shipment without registering any comments with the shipping company is considered an acknowledgment of the integrity of the shipment's outer packaging at the time of receipt.


Ninth: Products that are unavailable (out of stock)

If the product is unavailable after the order has been completed for any reason beyond the store's control, the customer will be contacted to choose one of the following options:

  • The product will be shipped as soon as it becomes available at no extra charge.
  • Replacing it with another product of the same value or with similar specifications after customer approval.
  • A full refund of the amount paid using the same payment method used when making the purchase.

Healthy Air store reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the full amount if the product cannot be provided or a suitable alternative cannot be found after contacting the customer.


Tenth: Cancel the order or refuse delivery

If the order is refused after it has been shipped without any error in the product or order, Healthy Air store has the right to deduct the actual shipping and return costs incurred by the store as a result of the shipping and return process before refunding the amount if any.


Eleventh: Customer responsibility during installation

To ensure the installation process is completed correctly and safely, the customer agrees to the following:

  • Provide a suitable and safe location for installation.
  • Make sure the site is ready before the installation team arrives.
  • Provide a suitable power source when needed.
  • Ensuring the installation team can reach the site on time.
  • Remove any obstacles that may prevent the installation process from being carried out.

The installation appointment may be rescheduled if the site is not ready or if the customer does not attend at the agreed time.

Healthy Air store does not bear any responsibility for delays resulting from the unreadiness of the site or the inability of the installation team to carry out the work due to circumstances specific to the customer's site.
